Swedish Massage

A combination of long gliding strokes, kneading, and compression designed to relieve stress and renew your soul.

Deep Tissue Massage

You have knots, and they need to be demolished! This session begins with a Swedish warm-up to get the blood circulating to all the muscles. Knots and areas of tightened muscle are targeted with slow, precise pressure, sometimes going into the deeper layers of the muscular anatomy.

Hot Stone Massage

Coupled with the basic Swedish massage, warm stones are used in conjunction with the gentle gliding strokes to warm the muscle and soothe the soul. Stress relief has never felt so good!

Lymphatic Drainage

A must for clients experiencing edema. A slow and very gentle technique is used to stimulate lymphatic circulation and drainage. Excellent in the removal of toxins and a great boost to the immune system during cold and flu season. Lymphatic Massage is especially beneficial for post surgical patients having had lypo, tummy tuck or BBL.

Myofascial Release

Each muscle has a connective tissue covering that can become tightened or restricted due to injury or strain. This, in turn, causes the body to become tense and limits the range of motion. VERY slow and VERY light pressure is used to warm and stretch this fascial covering. At the end of the session, you will have noticeable freedom of movement and feel as though you have had the best massage of your life.

Trigger Point Therapy

Trigger Points are contractions of fibers within the muscle that have reduced blood flow to that area, causing pain and weakening the muscle. Finding the spots and using light to deeper pressure cause an exchange of fresh oxygenated blood and nutrients to flood the area and bring about release and healing. This session is interactive as we work together to find and release trigger points throughout the body.

Integrated Session

Can't choose between them all, then don't! Get a delightful combination of Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release all wrapped up in one session tailored to meet your specific needs. (due to the time needed to accomplish each modality, 60-minute sessions are not available)

Sports Massage

Pain and discomfort from living the athletic lifestyle doesn't have to be something you just accept. Targeting areas affected by your sport of choice can not only help to relieve pain but can also restore movement and strength, allowing you to feel better and to perform better.

Pregnancy Massage

Gentle pampering for the mother-to-be is a must when your body is busy growing another human being. Massages during pregnancy can ease stress and strain on the low back and increase circulation to those tired achy feet, among many other benefits.
